CSB Construction, Inc is locally owned and operated. The home building and development corporation was formed in 2002 by Scott Shelander, a native Beaumonter and long time Crystal Beach property owner.  Scott was here long before Ike and he will continue to be here long after. You can count on him and his company to see you through every step of building your new home. From drawing your plans to handing you the keys, you will have his full commitment to you and your family.
